Cellular fuel.
Anti-aging 35+ is a 90-minute intravenous infusion of 250 mg NAD⁺ — the coenzyme that powers cellular ATP production. Direct delivery into circulation restores the cofactor levels that decline with age, stress, and metabolic load.
NAD+, intravenously, at the dose that matters.
- Sharper mental clarity, often by the next morning
- More usable energy at the cellular level
- Effect builds across three monthly sessions
- The standard baseline for longevity protocols

The science.
NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a cofactor in every metabolically active cell, central to the electron transport chain and to NAD-dependent enzymes including the sirtuins. Levels decline with age — by some estimates, 50% by age 60 in healthy populations.
Oral NAD+ precursors (NMN, NR) face limited and contested bioavailability. Direct intravenous administration of NAD⁺ at 250 mg delivers the cofactor into circulation in a form available to tissue uptake. The slow 90-minute infusion is required to avoid acute side effects.
Anti-aging 35+ is the standard introductory dose for longevity protocols at INFUZE. Each session is mixed in our laboratory and the dose recorded against your case. Clients on long-term Anti-aging 35+ protocols transition to quarterly Anti-aging 55+ once baseline tolerance and markers are established.
Two layers, one session.
Every Anti-aging 35+ session pairs the infusion with targeted electrical stimulation. The chemistry restores; the stim addresses what the infusion can’t reach by molecules alone.
NAD⁺ at 250 mg over 90 minutes is the clinical priority and the protocol with the strictest monitoring. Neurotherapy is offered at low amplitude as gentle support — never at intensities that could mask the early flushing or autonomic-response signals we watch for during NAD⁺ delivery.

What the session is like.
NAD⁺ runs slow on purpose — fast infusion causes facial flushing and chest pressure, so we drip across 90 minutes. Most clients feel a low warmth through the chest in the first 20 minutes, then nothing for the rest of the session except clarity.
The session itself is uneventful. The next morning is when most clients notice the difference — and the effect builds across regular monthly sessions, not a single one.
Protocol cadence.
Anti-aging 35+ is structured for monthly maintenance — single sessions are useful as introductions, but the metabolic effect builds across at least three consecutive monthly doses. Anti-aging 55+ (500 mg) becomes available once a client has completed at least one Anti-aging 35+ session with documented tolerance and reviewed bloodwork.

Before you book.
What is NAD+ and why does it decline?
NAD⁺ is a coenzyme in every cell that powers ATP production and acts as a substrate for the sirtuin family of enzymes. Levels decline with age, chronic stress, and illness — sometimes by 50% by age 60.
Will I feel different the same day?
Most clients report mental clarity that evening or the next morning. The metabolic and longevity-related effects build across consecutive monthly sessions, not a single dose.
Why 250 mg specifically?
It's the standard introductory dose for clinical NAD⁺ protocols. Higher doses (Anti-aging 55+ at 500 mg) are reserved for established clients or post-illness recovery, after baseline tolerance is documented.
How is this different from NMN or NR oral supplements?
NMN and NR are NAD⁺ precursors with limited and disputed bioavailability. Anti-aging 35+ delivers NAD⁺ itself in its active form, intravenously, at a dose that is not achievable with any oral protocol.
