Terms of service

These terms govern your use of services provided by INFUZE Sp. z o.o.and the infuze.pl website. By booking a session or using the website you agree to be bound by them.

Booking and consultation

New clients are required to complete an initial medical consultation before their first IV drip. The consultation fee is paid at booking to confirm the slot and credited toward your first session if booked within 7 days.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the session price. No-shows are charged in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at the end of the session, by card or bank transfer. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Suitability

INFUZE is not a substitute for diagnosis or emergency care. We reserve the right to decline treatment when our medical staff judges it clinically unsuitable.

Liability

We follow Polish medical-services law and carry professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question, except as required by mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court for Warsaw.
